Wordarling is an independent project, and the person who answers is the person who builds the game. Whatever it is, write to contato@wordarling.com — English is fine.

What you can write about

• Rules questions — the guides for each mode probably answer it already, so take a look first.
• Account problems — Google sign-in, progress missing on another device, your nickname.
• Purchases and Premium — diamonds that never arrived, charges, cancellation. Include the account e-mail and, if you have it, the Stripe or Google Play receipt.
• Privacy and data — requests to access, correct or delete your data. The privacy policy explains what we keep; to delete your account yourself, see how to delete your account.
• A weird word or clue — a wrong clue, a word that doesn't exist, or anything that doesn't belong in a game for all ages? Tell us which level and which word: the vocabulary is reviewed and filtered, and reports like yours make it better.
• Reporting a player — in the game, the ⋮ menu next to a name lets you block and report; by e-mail, send the nickname and what happened.
• Suggestions — a new mode, a difficulty tweak, an idea for team play. Everything gets read.

Getting a faster answer

Tell us where you play (desktop browser, phone browser or the Android app), in which language and, for a bug, what you did right before it happened. A screenshot settles half of all questions. Requests about personal data are answered within 15 days, as stated in the privacy policy.
